I didn't receive a username and password
When you completed the signup process you should have been directed to a confirmation page. The confirmation page shows your subscription information,
your username and password. You should also receive a confirmation email with the same information.
If you do not know this information you can retrieve it

I've forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password login details to our site then please visit our
Password Reminder Page
and enter two pieces of information about your account.
I cannot login
If you have only just joined the site then please give our systems a few minutes to be updated with your details by our payment processors.
If you are still having problems then please check that you have entered the correct details, visit our
Password Reminder Page
and enter two pieces of information about your account to receive a password reminder.
If this does not resolve the problem then please raise a support ticket with us via the link on the main page and we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.
Billing & Subscription
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to our
Cancellation Page and entering two
pieces of information about your account.
Please note that you will still be able to access the site until your billing cycle has
completed - you will receive access for the length of membership you have paid for.
Trial membership limitations
Trial memberships are designed to give you an idea of what the members area is like without you having to pay a full price. By restricting the
amount of content available to trial members we are able to offer these low cost memberships to those who might be unsure as to whether the
site was for them.
Upgrading my trial membership
Your trial membership will automatically convert into a full membership after the trial period, you need do nothing else. After you memership
has upgraded to a full membership the trial member messages within the members area will no longer be shown.
Personal information
We store no information on our systems that personally identify who you are.

Downloading Videos
How do I play downloaded videos?
Chances are that your computer will already have some kind of video playing software already installed. We currently provide videos in three
formats, WMV, Quick Time and Flash. At the bottom of each video page are links to players that you might not have installed along with instructions
on how to install if you are using the FireFox browser.
How do I downloaded videos?
You can download the video scenes to keep on your computer forever, they are not DRM protected and will still play even after your membership has expired.
Downloading to your computer is just a case of clicking on the download link at the bottom of each video page. You'll then be prompted where you would
like to save the file.
Downloading videos is slow
Connection speeds to the internet vary greatly and many factors can influence this. Such problems can spoil your enjoyment when downloading or watching
our videos with pauses or constant rebuffering of the video.
We invest large sums of money in our servers and connections to provide the fastest possible service that we can however congestion can
still occur between you and us.
We recommend the following when trying to view our videos:
- A cable or DSL connection or faster
- Stop any programs running in the background that might also be downloading at the same time
- Ensure your system is up to date with the latest audio and video drivers
- If you're on a wireless network try switching to another channel which might not be so contested in your area
Errors whilst downloading
We're very sorry you have encountered an error whilst enjoying our members area. Please click on the lifebelt icon at the bottom of the members area home page
and let us know which video you were having problems with and we'll do our best to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
General
You don't reply to me
We have a 24hr support ticket system to help with any issues you might have. When you log a ticket with us our support team will be notified and will do
their best to respond to you as quickly as possible. You will find a reply to your ticket by clicking on the lifebelt icon at the bottom of the members area home page.
Fraud charges
We take accusations of fraud very seriously. We highly recommend that you read and understand the subscription terms of service before you make any purchases online.

Any reported incident of fraud will be fully investigated to protect both you the consumer and us the supplier. If you are a victim of identity theft you should contact
your credit card company and the authorities in your area immediately. If we find that you did not make a purchase yourself, we will of course refund your money.
However, if you simply change your mind after agreeing to our subscription terms you are not eligible to claim fraud on your credit card and receive a refund. Your report
will be investigated by your bank, credit card and by us. If you make false accusations your bank or credit card may have negative consequences.
Remember, you can cancel anytime on our
Cancellation Page so there is no need for you to
